"Pool was very enjoyable. Staff extremely helpful with alerting me about a flat tire that I had on my rental vehicle. Ate at Acala Restaurant and it was an excellent dining experience. Breakfast was good. Entire experience was top notch. Will definitely be back. Will bring my clubs next time. "

"落ち着いた居心地の良いお部屋でした。池を囲む遊歩道に花が咲いていて、散歩も楽しめました。
朝食ビュッフェの料理のラインナップが大変充実していて美味しかったです。
スタッフも、親切で感じの良い方が多かったです。
部屋にはハンドソープ、シャンプー、ボディソープは備え付けられていますが、身体を洗うボディスポンジや男性用の髭剃りはありませんでした。
歯ブラシはかなり大きめサイズで硬かったので、気になる方は普段使っているものを持参されても良いかもしれません。
1階の部屋だったためか、部屋の床に5センチくらいの小さなムカデが居ました。見つけるたびに外へ捨てましたが何匹も入ってきてきりがなくて困りました。裸足で踏みつけてしまわないよう、部屋ではスリッパ必須です。
敷地内のイタリアンレストランは、壁の無いオープンな建物です。お洒落なお店で料理も美味しいのですが、夜は照明の明かりに羽虫がたくさん集まってきて、お皿や料理の上にたかります。イタリアンレストランに行かれるなら、明るい時間がおすすめです。"

"A really great hotel experience. Beautiful garden and surroundings. The water in the pool was a bit too cold to our liking but the area around the pool was really nice and beautiful and a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the mountain view from our room which cannot be expected from all rooms. The breakfast was amazing and yet another highlight during our stay.
Only downside was the fact that the toilet had difficulties with flushing and it gave up completely on the last day. With...

"Hotel look, pool area, breakfast, staff all great.
Slightly let down on a few areas:
Cocktails were weak and made incorrectly (hint, mojito is white rum)
The western food wasnt great for the price but im being very critical here.
There was no coffee pods in the room, only mokka and decaf. The fridge was warm when we arrived and wasnt very efficient. Lots of power cuts including in the middle of our dining.
Great potential but needs a few things sorting out. "
