"Room was different than in picture but still offered peaceful and AC Cool nights stay. Its relaxing stay for a night or two during travels or Dam visit. About 10 minutes from Dam and markets.. Water is good pressure and heater option, bed is very firm and slept well.. has TV but we did not use, has wifi but did not use. "A nice quiet stay at Kirirath Resort fill with beautiful landscape and mini garden. Excellent service from the staff, room is clean and all equipment are in working condition. Breakfast come in a mixture of Asia and America taste. A recommended resort for company retreat. Remember to get your own transportation. Paid dinner is available for ordering. "The location is beautiful. The view from the room and breakfast is insane. I can only imagine how nice it must have been when it first opened. Now the state of it is lacking. Everywhere there is an undertone of unkemptness. The pool stairs are cracked, paint is peeling, the “gym equipment” is rotting, the chairs outside our room literally fell apart. Not confident that our room was thoroughly cleaned either. There were empty toiletry boxes from the last guess and their leftover snack remnants in the fridge. Staff was also just okay. I told them about the toiletry situation and they never addressed it. Overall it was hard to communicate with them, but that is also partly on me because I do not speak Thai. The breakfast food is extremely bland. There is also no way to lock your doors from the inside so your doors are unlocked when you are asleep. "
"What a wonderful hotel this is! The staff and security are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we got there, we felt at home. The facilities are beautiful and well cared for, too. Our room was absolutely incredible. It was roomy, we had a beautiful view, the bed was wonderful, and the shower and bathroom were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super responsive with requests for Thai tea or cocoa. I can’t wait to get back."
"The garden and grounds are MAGNIFICENT! Very kids friendly. The pool is like a lazy river. There is. also a separate kids water play pool. The landscape and site planning architects should receive an award. Unfortunately public transportation or shared rides are not there if you don't drive or have your own private transportation. "
"Movenpick Resort is a beautiful well looked after resort with all the conveniences one would love. The surrounds, lawns and gardens are impeccable, the furniture is beautiful, and the restaurant serves incredibly lovely choice of food for breakfast. The main swimming pool is fantastically designed and the villas where we stayed are marvellous. We had our own swimming pool in our villa and it was well kept and very clean and safe. The staff are magnificent, all of them, from reception, to the management, to the valets, to the restaurant staff and chefs, gardeners and cleaners. The management staff looked after us, especially Ming (from Nang Rong) who made it very special for us when we needed some assistance. All the staff have the friendly Thai Smile, and cheerful happy faces, and all showed they valued us. It was wonderful and we would definitely love to stay again and enjoy the beauty of Movenpick Resort in Khao Yai. It is a great place to stay for a visit to Khao Yai National Park, but also the beauty of Thailand."
