"The pool is under construction that was a bummer but they did give us a free breakfast for the mishap. Not being able to have a smoke on your balcony is a real bummer as well, as you have to go down to the 1st floor everytime. I do enjoy this hotel very much tho!! "

The hotel is surrounded by some restaurants, gas stations, and 7/11 which is convenient. The pool was super small- great for kids not so much adults. But overall we really enjoyed it. "

"Hotel look, pool area, breakfast, staff all great. Slightly let down on a few areas: Cocktails were weak and made incorrectly (hint, mojito is white rum) The western food wasnt great for the price but im being very critical here. There was no coffee pods in the room, only mokka and decaf. The fridge was warm when we arrived and wasnt very efficient. Lots of power cuts including in the middle of our dining. Great potential but needs a few things sorting out. "

"The room was very clean, and both the Jacuzzi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness facilities were somewhat limited, and while we appreciated having four different breakfast set options to choose from (we tried them all), the overall quality of the breakfast could be improved. Enhancing the breakfast experience would significantly elevate the overall stay."

"There were a few downsides, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again. 1. I was very pleased with the room design and cleanliness. 2. The biggest issue was the unstable shower. At one point, the hot water stopped completely and I had to use cold water, which was quite inconvenient. When I called the staff, they fixed it quickly and restored the hot water. However, the system itself seemed unstable—about every 30 seconds, the water pressure would drop and the temperature...

"Pool was very enjoyable. Staff extremely helpful with alerting me about a flat tire that I had on my rental vehicle. Ate at Acala Restaurant and it was an excellent dining experience. Breakfast was good. Entire experience was top notch. Will definitely be back. Will bring my clubs next time. "

The water in the pool was a bit too cold to our liking but the area around the pool was really nice and beautiful and a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the mountain view from our room which cannot be expected from all rooms. The breakfast was amazing and yet another highlight during our stay. "A pool was advertised on the website but they have no pool. But they do have a free pool table, and a nice bar. The room was quite basic but modern. No place to hang clothes except on the clothes rod. No hangers provided. Tv, air conditioning, hot water all works just fine. Ross the owner is a nice guy."

And the key primary reason why I will keep coming back, is the very private ambience the property offers for a very relaxing stay to get away from the real hustle and bustle of the city.
