"Great hotel, very clean and spacious hotel. Lindsay at the front desk was great with us for check-in, and helped me sign up to be a Marriott member. Pool was quiet and nice, breakfast was good for variety of options. The room was so spacious and comfortable, will be coming back again !"

"Hi the staff were friendly and room very nice. The pool was a little cool. I wished there was more options for breakfast. The oatmeal was overcooked, bacon undercooked. I would still stay at the hotel again. Very convenient to amenities. "

"We really liked our stay here. It’s a pet-friendly, falls view hotel and staff are amazing! Jane was very kind and attentive. Room was clean. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of limited breakfast variety. "

"I am a frequent traveler to Northern Ontario”Muskokas” and allthough the front desk staff at checkin was lovely. Our sheets and room was dirty and the beds were old ans extremely soft(years of wear and tare I imagine” The TVs were old and no smart capabilty was available. The on line booking said continental breakfast but whwn I inquired I was advised they no longer offer that service. Coffee was cold and not enjoyable. I was advised they have been swamped with checkouts and did not have time...

"The room we had was great. It had all we needed for our stay. It was a quiet place to rest for the night. The view of the lake is lovely, and the hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating. The whole place is absolutely wonderful. So tranquil and peaceful. "

"The restaurant staff were awesome and so was the food. The spas were amazing but the pool should be closed for maintenance. Parking was good. Loved the balcony view of the water wild life, beautiful."

"Lovely position on the edge of the lake. Peaceful and comfortable lodge. We stayed here out of season and will hopefully come back in the summer to enjoy the activities on the lake. "

"Clean room with great sized balcony overlooking beautiful lake. Property is amazing and very well maintained. Restaurant breakfast was very good and even the public washrooms even the reception lobby were super clean. Highly recommend!"
