"While checking in at the hotel, I mentioned to the young lady that I had not been able to check in for my flight the next morning. She happily walked me through the procedure, even using her phone at times to help me check in. This took time, and she did not have to offer, but she did. This showed the warmness of the staff. The Radisson Blu is a gorgeous hotel. The lobby, the restaurants, and the rooms have a great vibe. It is evident that the staff works hard to keep the hotel exceptionally clean and modern. It is a great bargain for the money. We loved our short visit."
