"The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk into Fira. On the walk into town you will pass the bus terminal/parking lot. Very convenient for a trip to or from Oia. The hotel staff was very warm and accommodating. Since I was arriving to the hotel in late evening, they assisted in arranging for airport pick up—30 Euros from the airport. "The price is expensive for the amenities they provided. Their towels are old, bed is not comfortable and the sheet is rough. The receptionist are not nice and they are not good English speaking. Not impress with the stay in this property. You can get something much better with the price you pay here."

"We were welcomed at reception so eagerly and taken down to our suite by the young charming concierge! We were introduced to all the functions available in the room…. The quality of the products used was exquisite. Beautiful quality sheets and pillows. Sparkling swimming pools around the property. And for those aging folks, a set of elevators. Breakfast was scrumptious with fresh ingredients. Staff were polite and obliging. Our stay was wonderful….. the view….. ahhhhhhh!!"
