"We booked the 1 bedroom with kitchen and small balcony. Other reviews mentioned that check-in was difficult because there is no front desk attendant. We found that instructions provided prior to check-in, as well as those on the check-in iPad, were sufficient and we had no problem. The apartment accessed via elevator and two steps connecting adjoining hallways was clean and spacious with a fabulous bathroom (soaking tub, separate walk-in shower). The kitchen amenities were sufficient for 2 nights, but chipped bowls should be replaced, and additional mugs (only 2) would be helpful. Heat and A/C worked well. My biggest complaint is with the AI system used via WhatsApp to communicate before and during the stay. It was cumbersome and did not have complete information. No email was provided to obtain further information. The location was excellent. It is much nicer than the photos and description indicate. I would stay again."
