"The location is excellent, and despite it being in the busiest part of the city, you couldn't really hear it from inside the room. Room was comfortable enough, though I'd say the room was reasonably basic. Room was clean, and the linens were of good quality. Staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Our stay in this hotel has been really good. Its location, steps away from the Central Square and one block from one of the main Subway stations, is perfect. The hotel is also about 10 blocks away from Amsterdam "Centraal" train station which has direct service from and to the airport as well as many locations surrounding Amsterdam like Zaanse Schans to see four wonderful windmills on you own. "Unfortunately we had problems with our room. The shower did not work when we came to use it. One of the electrical wall sockets was also faulty and one of the wall taps was loose. We informed the assistant manager who apologised profusely. We asked to speak to the hotel manager and were informed she was not in until the following day but she would be told and in the mean time we would be given an alternative room. The assistant manager dealt with problem immediately and we were given another...

"The hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. The location of the hotel was perfect, and if i come back to Amsterdam. I'm 100% coming back here. Extremely clean room , working a/c which was great as we went when the weather in Amsterdam was uncharacteristically hot"

"That's a terrible place. I couldn't stay there. The rooms are like dogs houses. You cannot stand up. It's like a 2x2 bunker. They are like boxes. I couldn't imagine the are aloud to sell something like this to accommodate people."
