"At this price, there should be robes and slippers in each room. Some of the room furnishings could also be improved: bathroom trash can, washcloths, toiletries filled to top vs. needing to pound the bottle to get anything out. In general, there could be more amenities presented at check-in as well such as bikes, restaurant recommendations outside of Brennan. The highlights here are the staff, both at reception and the restaurant, walking distance to all local transit and easy access to Amsterdam city center, Centraal Station and a quieter, more laidback feel than being in the hub of things. Not sure if Hoxton hotels offer a pillow menu or not, but if that’s something that is available it might be nice to mention or highlight during check-in. The pillows are all feather and offer zero support."
