"Amazing property with friendly staff and great amenities. The location is also close to the airport, which makes it very convenient. The only issue I noticed that could improve the experience is the access road to the property, which has large potholes and poses a risk for guests walking in and out. Fixing this would make the stay even better. "

"This is brand new property 5 minutes from Mumbai T2. Very convenient, large rooms. The WC and shower are separate. Convenient for some and not for some. The WC lacks a clothes hook behind the door; not convenient; especially if you’re sharing a room. No exhaust fan in the WC. The breakfast spread is amazing. Room service is a major issue. It was my first time at the hotel. Nobody answers the room service phone. Maybe they prefer guest to order from the in room TV, but I am not familiar with...

"It was truly a five star experience. If you are going to Mumbai, and want to be taken care of by some of the best, friendly, helpful and purely nice people, this is a great resort. A special shoutout to the staff at the 21-club - I received so much advice and helpful suggestions! If you want to have a great time - and live it up - stay at the Taj. Beware of the traffic though, give yourself time to reach your destinations."

"Great hotel.i beleive this is an older one and could use some updates. That does not take away from the fact that it is well maintained, clean with exceptional servicel Spread and variety is great for all 3 meals. We felt no need to explore outside dining options unless there is a craving for street food.. it is safe and accessible for UBER etc. All in all great option if you want to be closer to the airport."
