"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. I paid for the taxi to the hotel and also paid for my stay at the hotel. Orbitz must refund my reservation made through Itinerary# 7379155611568. I am highly...

"This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. "

"Good, clean, comfortable stay overnight. Recommended. However, restaurant has mainly Asian options; Punjabi food options especially vegetarian are limited in the restaurant but are available in the room. Wish you keep more veg Punjabi food options in the restaurant itself. Food is delicious"

"Hotel is great. Mattress were a little hard and back hurt after sleeping on them. Have stayed there a few times and lived going to the beach but this time the beach was covered in trash completely. So hotel is good. I hope they remedy the trash on the beach. Loved swimming with friend last before."
