"The rooms are actually dirty. Bed sheets, sink and bath area felt like a 50yr old property. The ac did not work despite multiple tries from the staff. At one point the electricity went off for the entire floor. People who were leaving in a three star that came to meet us asked if you want rather book a room in their hotel as this one looked worse to them. Not at all a 5 star hotel. Don't be fooled by the looks from outside or the photos. The rooms inside are shambolic."

"This place is a disaster and I can’t believe you had it on your list. It was filthy the sheets were dirty the walls dirty and when I was checking into hotel they informed me that the price was your mistake and charge 550 more They had people coming and going at all hours and the WiFi was not working otherwise I would have made different arrangements. All I can say is it was deplorable. "

"25 minute walk from Bandra/Khar sights and the same time to the International terminal (250 rupees).
The staff very friendly and accommodating. Giving assistance and help as and when required.
The room and hotel could have been a lot cleaner. It really requires a deep clean. Although it doesn't smell. The hotel served its purpose. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about but again served its purpose. Some of the views from the hotel look over the nearby slum. This didn't not make...
