"We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. the place is nice and cosy, the staff is very kind and profesional. What I did not like is that the breakfast was only up to 12 noon, and the restaurant would not serve what I wanted to eat. they would want me to eat fish and I don't eat animals."

"I had a terrible experience with the hotel administrators. The electric gates of the parking lot closed as I was taking my car out, and they hit my back door very hard. The hotel didn’t want to assume responsibility and would not pay for the damage to my car. This made me very very upset. After 3 hours wait for their insurance, they only gave me half the amount of the repair costs.... Truly awful experience. I would never book this hotel again, and the “cheap cost” obviously wasn’t worth it."

"Entramos y había un fuerte olor a cigarro en el lobby. El cuarto estaba sucio con cabellos en las almohadas y colcha y en lugar de ofrecer shampoo, jabón y crema limpio ponen botes a la mitad que han estado usando otros huéspedes. Shampoo grisi y crema lubriderm. Jamás había visto esto en un hotel. No nos ofrecieron nada cuando nos quejamos. No vale el precio que cobran. Valdrá 300 pesos dormir ahí. "
