Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this stay to others."

" I booked 3 lodges for family and friends for my daughter’s 40th birthday. We all loved our stay, despite the weather. The lodges were clean, comfortable and very spacious. Grandchildren had a brilliant time with the outdoor space, swimming & dry sledging. Would have loved more time but we will certainly be back as there is so much we haven’t done. Local people & shop staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The room was spotless and very comfortable. Obviously the Hotel is in transition. By and by rooms are being prepared to welcome guests. Only 11 rooms are available to book at this point. The price per room is unbelievably low. Especially since the electricity bill must be enormous. The hotel was overheated and lights were on in almost every hall, lounge and room and stayed on during the night. Heating as well as the lights. No consideration was given to the ecological impact. "
