"Stayed here on my first ever visit to Texas to visit some family. Such a cute and quaint hotel. Super family friendly. Gives you all the Texas vibes if you are visiting for the first time. Very convenient location. My room was located directly across from the pool so I was worried about noise, once 9pm hits it was super quiet! Would definitely stay here again"

"Bathroom door was very much worn on the bottom. Door would not lock either. AC would not cool room down enough. There was not ice machine on the floor we were staying on. Gym was by our room and there was carpet coming off the bottom of the wall it was mounted to. Gym looked like a thrown together garage sale equipment. Pool was cloudy."

"Elevator do not work Pool was empty Tubs were dirty Big puddle of water in our room Toilet was clogged They change our booking date and just canceled the whole reservation and told us to call Expedia for a refund."

"They have 12 pm check out which is really helpful when you travel with kids. My kids really enjoyed in door pool that was very well maintained. Breakfast was very good and especially lady who was organizing it was so sweet and nice."

"The hotel was very nice, but they charged $33+ for valet parking per day & $18+ to park in a garage. If you wanted to park, you had to park on the street. Not very customer service friendly. Also, the door on our room would not close. We pushed and pulled it. We reported it to the staff, but it was not fixed. So, if someone wanted to force their way in, all they had to do was push the door. We latched in at night for safety."

"These hotels by Wyndham used to be nice but now they are run down. Threadbare towels. Lamp had a short in it. Coffee pot was missing the part you put the coffee in. Soap so small it’s ridiculous! Floor was dirty! Our wall needed repainting. They stuccoed it and left it like that."

"Very clean and new. Bright and attractive. Well located to hospital services nearby. In room kitchen well equipped. Will stay here again"

"The bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. One negative was the Wifi was spotty, and I had trouble with a Zoom meeting."

"The staff was wonderful. The tv didn’t work the whole time we were there. I asked repeatedly to have it fixed and once they tried and it worked for a few hours. No one cleaned the whole time we were there. The blanket on the bed had holes in it. The sheets were dingy looking. Just seems it needs some updating. They were extremely busy so it seems they would have the money to make some upgrades."
