"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. "Really nice hotel. Very comfortable. Great black out blinds for sleeping. The only negative thing I would say is the mattress was very firm to the point of hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was really lovely and stylish and I loved all the original art throughout the property."
