"Staff members were friendly, but were fully absorbed with a tour group when we arrived. So no help for our luggage. Although later on a staff member was quite helpful with our questions. The place sells itself as luxury, but it's sort of a pseudo-luxury. The room are nice, average size. The room doors are so heavy, one doesn't need a workout room. The pool was small, but clean. However, the smell of chlorine was so overpowering as to make it uncomfortable. The shower had marginal water pressure...

"The hotel itself was very clean and tidy. The area around the hotel was very junky. The room was very basic but did provide the basic needs. The hotel was close to town and the entry of Yellowstone. We would stay here again."

"The huge flies dead inside of the room close to the window and one alive was an amazing experience! Way more when their solution was to remove the flies and then after a lot of insistence from my side, they change the room and guess what!?! This one had flies… but smaller!!!"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. A great / convenient shuttle to and from FCA International Airport and to and from downtown WhiteFish. The property overall could use a "cap ex" refresh as it shows some of its wear. That being said we would stay there again."

"The property was well kept and very shaded. bathrooms and showers weren't too far from any cabin/campsite. The place was pretty full but still felt relatively quiet and empty (I assume because most people were at the National park) They had bear spray, ice, and everything needed for a campfire (and much more). Be prepared that the site is on the side of a hill so you'll be walking/driving up and down. It's annoying that you need quarters to run the showers. 50 cents is pleanty of time for a...

"The staff are great, the hotel is clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, the breakfast was good, and the hotel location, though not picturesque, is convenient if you have a car. However, the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Our backs hurt by the time we left. Tried changing rooms but it didn’t help. I would not stay here again because of that."

"Staff was nice, attentive and excellent. Some of the rooms are a bit dated/old. They lend binoculars and a walking stick which was nice. Theirs is a nice fire pit at night. River view is awesome. Close to Northern entrance of Yellowstone. Would stay here again."
