"Check in a bit slow. Only 1 person at desk. They gave us a large apartment with 2 rooms and kitchen and outdoor deck. But overlooking the parking lot. Beds were comfortable but a bit dark. Their restaurant was only fair. I had expected more from an Ascend collection hotel."

"Beautiful property - wonderful location - well maintained. There are no closets to hang your clothes. We had 2 rooms on our reservation and the hotel put them in 2 different levels which made things complicated - when I complained all I got was I am sorry."

"While the staff was great, the property needed major updates. My room had a stench and was very dated. Price point does not match up to what is offered. They should also clearly state that it’s “family friendly” since there were more children than I imagined and as a result, no peace and quiet. Constant stomping, yelling, running around. I would not use the amenities for that reason. I love kids but not when I’m trying to relax!"
