"Great property"

"This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The room smelled funny when we walked in. Noticed spots on the floor. Found the floor was filthy. Tried to call front desk and the phone didn't work. Walked to front desk and got housekeeping to clean floor. Guest services followed up by text. Poor communication. Never got a chance to talk to a person. Girl at front desk tried to help best she could. No manager to speak to. Lounge chairs by the pools were well worn and splitting. Walking the property at night we...

"Excellent location we had a Waterview room, which was extremely clean well maintained with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from our balcony. Both swimming pools were well maintained. Only glitch was hot tub was not working.. would definitely stay again ."

"This is a great place just minutes away from Key West proper. The rooms are nice (at least, ours was), the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the property is well-maintained. "Hotel did not off free breakfast package included and paid for in stay. Hotel does not offer breakfast on weekends, only brunch. On checkout, we were charged for a breakfast which should have been included in our stay. We were told we ate past the breakfast hours which were in the brunch hours 😡"

"Just not what we were expecting! Multiple elevators out, no ice machines, and our air quit. We were moved to a new room! Pool was nice but food was just okay. “Beach” area definitely needed some improvements."

"Good"

"This resort has everything with the best hospitality! I highly recommend this resort for anyone that wants to enjoy Key West with total relaxation! 😎"
