Cari Hotel di Monmouthshire

"Beautiful hotel! Sits on a golf course - wide, open spaces. Great walks among peaceful settings. Buildings were beautiful and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was excellent. Teens enjoyed the spa/pool/hot tub area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - will return!"

"The wifi was down the entire stay, very disappointed."

"Nice friendly reception staff, lovely clean room with a safe, iron and iron board, refreshments available. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna very well kept, lovely bar service nice and friendly and food was lovely. Comfy bed and soft pillows. We had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, we would definitely stay here again, nice and relaxing overnight stay."

"Delicious breakfast, very friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed, great shower"

"Room was pretty noisy at night. Struggled to sleep as there is dual carriageway nearby."

"The room is clean. The bed and the pillow are comfortable."

"Not bad but should make it clearer it literally overlooks the M4 and therefore expect continual emergency services travelling the route all night"

"Great! Very helpful particularly at checking in."

"A very pleasant stay Room was lovely"

"What a lovely room at the top of a pub. Beautifully presented and pristine and lots of space although steep steps. There are a few quirks as to be expected in an old building but that didn’t put us off as we ourselves live in an old property. Communication was very good. Thank you for having us 😊"

"Hotel was fairly clean and tidy, under the beds had not been cleaned in quite some time and the bathroom was in need of a good deep clean as there was mould in the corner of the shower and dust on top of the shampoo and shower gel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable."

"It's a cute property. It is definitely a little dated but the location and the vibe makes up for it. I would only recommend to absolutely not open the windows in the evenings because an army of moquitoes will immediately launch itself in your space. It may also be wise to skip it in the summers as there is no AC and the rooms can feel a bit stuffy. Other than that, excellent staff, well maintained space and nothing beats the views."

"Property is in need of some renovation. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was poor."

"Great room, full of character. Delicious food and lovely staff"
