"Location is what sells this hotel. However the rooms are not maintained to what they should be given the price point. Service is okay but no one is really helping you. At breakfast all the servers and staff were busy on their phone or talking to each other. Didn't interact with a single staff! Again you stay at this hotel for location...all major attractions are in walking distance."

"The manager is wonderful. She has a great deal of experience and is a wonderful conversationalist. The staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast is very good. The room was really nice. The hotel isn't a chain which, for me is a plus. "

"We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. We could never get the curtain to keep from rubbing against us. The gym was good and the restaurant was good and everybody was really friendly and nice and I would stay there again, but it...

"Always a nice stay, with very friendly and professional staff. Nicely designed modern rooms, and nice facilities. I just seem to have a hard time getting the room to be comfortably cool for sleeping at night. I'll most likely be back the next time I'm in Ulaanbaatar, as it is a very convenient location. "
