"We arrived around 1am (late flight). Check in was very smooth. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, free bottled water, TV, en suite bathroom etc everything to a high standard. Although a weekday, breakfast staying open till 11 was good for us, and the range and quality of the buffet breakfast was good. "

"As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help.
