"The lobby was beautiful and the front desk associates were helpful and polite. My room was nice upon entering. However, when trying to adjust the ac at the unit ( I later found the thermostat) the cover fell off and it was full of dust. Also, it looked like they may have forgotten to clean the floors."

"Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice. Room was spacious, but floors felt dirty and there wasn’t hot water, only warm water. Waiting at least 5 minutes for the water in the sink to warm up enough for me to wash my face and the water in the shower never got hot, just warm. Breakfast on weekend doesn’t start until 7:00."

"Lovely room with a great view. Staff is excellent. Location is absolutely perfect: There's a streetcar stop directly outside that drops you off at the Plaza on one end and tons of other attractions on the other end — Union Station, World War I Memorial, much more. Westport restaurants are very close by.
CONS: The food is vastly overpriced and middling at best. The breakfast buffet is currently $25 per person and the food is not better than you'd get at any breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying...
