"No clear direction upon arrival. No valet or bellhops. Check in on 10th floor. Hallways and elevators unruly hot. "

"The general upkeep of the property was in poor shape. It was dirty in the halls. The restaurant food wasn’t very good in the cafe. Our room in the platinum tower was nice and clean so that was positive."

"Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well"

"The room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We were able to check in late. They conveniently had a washer and dryer and convenience area where you could buy things like laundry detergent, snacks, and feminine items. The breakfast was very good, it included everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and cheddar bagels with cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, and butter to go along with it. They also had a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings such as glazed walnuts, raisins, and brown sugar....

"For the price they charge, the room was in bad condition. A window cracked. A side lamp dangling off the wall and the air-conditioning does NOTwork in the hall ways. Also the hair dryer doesn't work well. I should have saved my money and gone to Motel 6!!!"

"We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon"
