"The rooms were a little dated, but the one thing was the air conditioner blew pretty much right on you every time it went on when you were in the bed, my wife got sick from the air conditioner blowing on her constantly"

"My main complaint is housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am even with a do not disturb hanger on the door. Check out isn’t until 11 and I didn’t get to bed until after 4am. Won’t stay there again. The wait to check in was 35-40 minutes and with broken elevators it took me 20 minutes to get on an elevator to my room. "

"I am boiling!!! We got woken up to someone trying to break into our room. No knock, no phone call. I had ALL the locks locked! Woke my husband up and he’s trying to look through the peep hole and he said “oh it’s just housekeeping”. He goes to the bathroom and they are still trying to get into our room. "I remember when the building was a shell. The property now rivals the casinos across the street. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The views of the coast from my room was beautiful"

"The hotel was nice but the rooms weren’t the cleanest. Paint was pealing on walls and bath tub and things were left unclean. Overall though nice resort for a one night stay"

"Needs were super comfy, room was spacious and had a Gulf view. The pool and hot tub were both available and clean, with clean towels. The breakfast was good, good selection, (could never find that trash can though lol). Only issues we really had were the thermostat (buttons didn't really work and it was freezing) and the shower temp and pressure, and the overflowed trash bins. But we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay there 😊"
