"This is meant to be a five star property but instead you get one star service. There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems. The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout. This brings me on to the main issue of this stay, which was maintenance. Although the hotel sent two emails on the actual day of arrival (one in Spanish and the other in English) stating the opening times of all their facilities. NONE were available due to maintenance being carried out. You would think having two pools for example, that you split when you close either but not here. Didn't even stay the full duration and rebooked into another hotel. Bad experience and definitely not returning "

"The staff was really attentive and helpful. The overall experience was really good. Excellent location, the beds were comfortable and the room very clean. Might just need a little upgrade on the furniture. But nevertheless a good hotel and would totally recommend "
