"Gostei muito do hotel, com ótima localização, muito limpo, novo, lençóis cheirosos, cama macia, amenites de qualidade, chuveiro bom, bela vista e bem silencioso. A Tv não era smart, oq achamos que poderia melhorar para um hotel nesse nível e valor. E outra coisa que fiquei decepcionada com o fato de ter avisado estar comemorando aniversario de namoro e não terem mencionado nada ou nos dado qualquer mimo, que costumamos receber em outros hotéis."

"Another fantastic stay! I highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly, the amenities are wonderful! The only bad thing was the tv in the room did not work properly and kept freezing but we were never in the room so did not report it."

"The area around the hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly, the bed sheets are very nice, the room is not big but comfortable. The breakfast is average and the garage is fine, the only thing is my room didn’t have a shampoo and liquid hand soap when I arrived, I recommend "

"The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting. "

"A estadia foi muito confortável e tranquila, quarto amplo e aconchegante, cama confortável e grande, banheiro limpo, chuveiro com água quente, local bem localizado e sem muito barulho da cidade. Possui restaurante no próprio hotel com muitas opções de comidas, drinks e bebidas no geral. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Café da manhã com muita variedade, e muito gostoso."

"The stay was good for over night. I would just hope they focus on cleanliness a bit more. Found lots of hair that was long (I have short hair) all over room and bathroom. Once found a ball of hair and don’t even know where it came from. Also it’s pretty obvious that they water down the shampoo to make it last longer. Pump into hand and all of it leaves hand immediately. Focus on guest experience more. "

"Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall."

"Piscinas sem aquecimento e sem avisos prévios aos hóspedes. Falta de organização do hotel ao receber um evento com 800 pessoas e não ter funcionários para organizar o restaurante. Falta de comunicação sobre como seriam separados hóspedes do evento em si. Falta de comunicação sobre o andamento da manutenção da piscina. Funcionários cordiais, comida muito boa."
