Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room don’t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a horrible experience.

The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

É uma pena que não seja possível dar nota negativa. A experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante do início ao fim. Logo na chegada, um funcionário já nos abordou pedindo que fizéssemos uma avaliação positiva antecipada e ainda citássemos o nome dele. Achei isso bastante inadequado, já que sequer conhecíamos o hotel. Ao subir para o andar dos quartos, percebemos corredores visivelmente sujos. Quando entramos no quarto, a situação foi ainda pior: travesseiros encardidos, com manchas de maquiagem e outras sujeiras, além de encontrarmos uma substância semelhante a “ranho” sobre a cama. Inaceitável para um hotel. Como se não bastasse, a noite foi péssima. Houve barulho constante no quarto acima, com móveis sendo arrastados durante a madrugada. Precisamos até tomar remédio para conseguir dormir. No café da manhã, a situação foi simplesmente desesperadora. Encontramos restos de comida espalhados pelo ambiente, incluindo sushi embaixo de um móvel (aparentemente do dia anterior), chão sujo com alimentos e líquidos derramados, além de pedaços de tomate presos no pegador do pão de queijo. A sensação era de completa falta de higiene e de cuidado com os hóspedes. Infelizmente, a impressão é de total descaso com limpeza, manutenção e qualidade do serviço. Não recomendo e certamente não voltaria.

Equipe de funcionários solicita e adequada, exceto a atendente do check-in que confundiu o meu nome e solicitou novo pagamento (já estava pago pelo app)e não realizou a nossa foto para liberação facial nas portas. Apartamento com limpeza razoável, assim como a conservação do prédio. Garagem sem garagista, pedem para deixar a chave na recepção para manobrar, se preciso. Não tivemos problema com barulho.

Não tive oportunidade de jantar no restaurante do hotel que é aberto ao público, me pareceu muito bom. No mais tudo foi bom. A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa, precisei de linha e agulha para uma emergência com uma camisa e consegui com eles.
