The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

O hotel é perto de supermercado, restaurantes, bares. Está em uma área de acesso muito boa... Pois está próx a Antônio Carlos, Cristiano Machado é anel rodoviário. Tem ponto de táxi na praça quase de frente ao hotel. Quarto limpo, fresco e silencioso. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Lençóis e toalhas muito limpas. Sabonete, shampoo ótimos. A TV era um pouco antiga e não conseguimos utilizar apps, mas não influenciou nossa avaliação. A ducha muito boa: forte e quente. A equipe de funcionários é excelente e muito acolhedora. O café da manhã completo com uma ampla variedade entre frutas, doces, salgados. O suco que em alguns dias ficou a desejar. Mas diante da variedade não foi tão impactante. Com certeza será nossa opção de próxima hospedagem em BH.

No check-in nos deram o cartão de acesso com o numero do quarto errado, acabei batendo na porta errada e o quarto estava ocupado. Foi bem constrangedor. Havia dispenser de sabonete liquido e shampoo no banheiro, porem o de sabão estava vazio, tivemos que solicitar mais. Deixaram pouquíssimo papel higiênico. A área da piscina estava muito abandonada. Tirando esses problemas, o quarto era limpo e confortável e o café da mnhã tbm muito bom.
