"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress.
We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp.

"Roof top Fuji view is great. Kimono offering and public bath is wonderful.
Has some difficulty to find out about transportation nearby. Lack of clear information. Hotel shuttle has no other stops. Made it difficult to get around the areas other than calling uber.
Food are good but do not know what is on the menu. Overall very good experience"

"Though the building is a little older and could use some improvements, the staff were so accommodating and so kind. They go out of their way to help you. The hotel restaurant had great food and the onsen was really nice. The futons could be a little nicer, but weren’t uncomfortable. Good location too"
