So if you plan on staying primarily at the resort it’s not a problem but if you’re a “get out and about” type of traveler be prepared. "

"Loved having free shuttle from train station. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Traditional ryokan and kaiseki dinner in room was amazing! Breakfast was very good. Our room overlooked mt Fuji but lake view would be just as beautiful I am sure."
