"コテージに宿泊したが、清掃不十分で埃も多かった。 蜘蛛の巣も多く、部屋の入り口付近はナメクジも多数で部屋にも入ってきていた。 全体的に清掃やメンテナンスが行き届いてない感じがあった。"

"Kotohira Onsen Onyado Shikishimakan was 1 of about 8 hotels we stayed at over about 2 weeks in Japan. While all the places we stayed were good, this was the best. Their onsen is outstanding as were the meals. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience the Real Japan!"
