"Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"

"Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised This hotel looked great in the Expedia photos, but upon arrival, it was a completely different story—false advertising at its finest. The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room. "This is extremely dirty place to stay. Our bathrooms were not cleaned , there were no hand soaps and mold on the ceiling. There were dead cockroaches as well. Photos on Expedia are probably from when the hotel started. But, the condition is not like this anymore. "

"The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price."
