"Very cute couples experience."

"Was arranged to the top floor. Carpet was dirty. Somebody tried to open the door around 5am. It turned out we were assigned to a wrong room in the system. It was a horrible experience."

"The hotel is nice, and the service is good too. The rooms with balconies are spacious. We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience."

"Room was roomy. Beds were comfortable. Free Continental breakfast was the usual - which isn't a bad thing. Fitness room your basic set of dumbbells up to 50lbs. and one bench, a treadmill, elliptical, and two bikes. Also a set of med balls. Had an early arrival and front desk was able to get us in a room early - much appreciated."

"Overall this is a good place to stay and I would book again. There is some room for improvement (there are some repairs throughout the property that could be done) but these are fairly minor things."

"Do not let the name of the facility fool you. The smell in this place was horrible. The mass walking into the hotel was horrible. The staff was terrible. And you’re only going to get coffee in the morning. Showerhead was terrible."

"Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints"

"Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was delicious and the bartenders were great. Would definitely stay here again"

"The room was not cleaned at all, there were stains on the bed sheets as well as the towels, the room had an odor that not even farbreeze could get rid of and the hot tub was very dirty and took over 2 hours to properly clean to be useable but it was not pleasant for nor me or my girlfriend. I honestly want a refund. I also was not given a room with a fridge which was promised and there was bugs all around the room."
