Breakfast booked on site, sufficiently extensive for the €10.50 costs. key and check-in document were ready and you could check it yourself due to the lack of a receptionist and then continue to the room. "Stopped here en route to Italy by car, very much off the beaten track. Lovely countryside location, very peaceful. Pleasant welcome. good room with all facilities, bed was adjustable and very comfortable. Decor a little dated, but this is part of the charm of choosing a rural hotel. Excellent meal, reasonably priced; lady who served us was especially nice. Good breakfast. Would definitely come back."

"It is the typical European hotel with the pub/restaurant below and rooms above. We booked our room only an hour before arriving around 8pm. The staff and locals were extremely friendly and happy to speak English when the realized we spoke little French.
