"Beautiful property that offered regular shuttles to Sorrento (20+ minutes away). However the food and drinks were very, very expensive and a long trip to and back to get anything else."

"Room was cleaned everyday, bathroom could do with a bit of love but still clean and tidy. Jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Comfy beds and good aircon. Staff very helpful at breakfast and bringing towels by the pool. Lots of breakfast choices. Amazing views of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius and the sunset is unreal. Shuttle bus every hour in to town."

"Staying at Europa Palace was a magnificent experience for our family. The hotel is top of the line Beautiful clean and had everything that we needed. The staff was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. 5 to 8 minute walk into city center, easy hike, down to the pool and Beach area. Closely located to fairies for day trips to other cities in the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was included and it offered so many delicious options. Our room was beautiful, clean modern with great air conditioning....

"Hotel Del Mare was a quaint hotel out of the way of the louder areas of Sorrento. Not overly fancy but we weren’t looking for that! I asked staff for help constantly with directions. Yes, it was a hike going up the stairs into the main part of town, but after a day we got used to an and climbed the stairs several times during the day. We got our steps in and lots of exercise!! The restaurants near the hotels were excellent!! If we come back to Sorrento, we’ll definitely book there!!!"

"The views from the property are the highlight and the only reason to stay here. The rooms are old, dark, and outdated. Even the TVs are ancient, tiny, and without any apps. A very inexpensive upgrade that the hotel has been unwilling to do for the past 20 years. The service was below average."
