Cari Hotel di Bandar Metropolitan Naples

"Beautiful property, staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back!"

"What a beautiful quiet hotel to stay and relax in. The staff went out of the way to help us enjoy our stay, from lending us an adapter when ours broke, lifting our bags up / down steps, accomodating us in the restaurant when we had not made a reservation, calling taxis that came quickly and helping us with parking . Gianmarco was so kind - he even came out to help us with the parking meter.! Elisa and Marco provided exceptionally attentive and friendly service in the Don Geppi restaurant - we...

"Perfectly located outside of Positano in a quietly nestled town that gives you the absolute best views. this is due to the family business taking great pride. They were very responsive via Expedia message and WhatsApp and were able to help me book tours (Capri tour was very fun and well worth it), book taxis etc. the hotel is walking steps where you can catch a bus back and forth to Positano. Much less than a taxi and totally fine. The food in the hotel was great including the free breakfast(...

"This property is amazing! The staff is top notch. We loved our stay here and are already planning our next trip."

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The staff were wonderful, and the location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!"

"Placed a hold on my credit card and 2 weeks later the hold still has not been removed. Dated decor too. Felt like the hotel should be placed in a 3 star range"

"Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Nápoles. Cerca de la estación central de Nápoles y con desayunos muy buenos. Excelente servicio e instalaciones."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Europa Hotel. The location can't be beat. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They made you feel at home. The breakfast could be improved. Other than that we would certainly come back again."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Italy, the rooms were spotless the staff was great and the hotel restaurant was excellent l normally stay away from hotel restaurants but this was an exception, breakfast was excellent also,it was great to come back to this hotel after the wonderful chaos of Naples. The decor is tastefully done with soft relaxing colors. The location is so convenient right across from the train station."

"Overall, our stay was very good. The breakfast was excellent and welcome champagne and snacks in the room when we arrived were lovely. What could’ve made it even better: There was a conference going on when we arrived yet the staff didn’t indicate which of the amenities were available and which weren’t. For example we couldn’t use the indoor pool until after 6 PM at which point we were out and about for dinner So it was a little disappointing to not be able to use the amenities on the property"

"Very clean and cheerful. I didn't realize when I made the arrangements that breakfast and dinner were included. I wouldn't think a hotel in Italy would expect you to eat in their restaurant every day and night, so I would rather have the eating plan be an optional add-on. Nice garden outside to walk around in, above the traffic. The only minor complaint is that there is no iron in the room due to "safety concerns". So, if you want to iron clothes, you have to bring them down to the...
