"I’m very pleased that we chose this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Milan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the amenities were much appreciated. We stayed in the junior suite on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the architecturally amazing building next door. Great location near the Duomo. The bar/restaurant on the 10th floor is convenient with an impressive view. We didn’t have the breakfast, but became a regular at a bistro next door....

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Berna for 2 nights in May 2026. The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, the room was nicely appointed and spacious. The hotel is walking distance to the Milan Central Train Station. Additionally, there are a variety of restaurants withing easy walking distance, in fact one right next door and another across the street, both of which we ate at and had no complaints. Our only complaint is that the carpet...
