"Wonderful visit! Loved the breakfast. The rooms were very clean. The bar was a nice place to hang out. The street had a lot of restaurants. The bathroom is all glass in the room, so make sure you're comfortable with the people you're traveling with. Would highly recommend."

"It was a good stay. However, one room had a terrible smell and when I told the guy at reception. He did not change the room. He wanted the janitor to clean it. I told him that the smell was too strong and wont disappear he did not listen and wanted the janitor to tell him to change us to another room. Everyone was nice except for the receptionist."

Professionally dressed staff, who were professional, polite and courteous. The spacious rooms were the epitome of luxury following an active ski holiday. Located in a safe neighbourhood, walking distance to restaurants, museums and shopping, this is the only place to stay in Santiago. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and healthy with attentive staff."
