"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast. We had their buffet dinner as well, it was amazing, it had a lot of food options to choose from and everything was delicious. Their pool and jacuzzi were a great experience since it's in the open and we enjoyed it while it was raining. "

"We paid a premium for a waterfall pool suite but were given a room with no view. The local staff admitted no rooms with a room exist and marketing pictures on the website and Expedia are misleading. Hotel management would not make themselves available to deal with the situation.The hotel is dated. Rooms had bugs. The pool was not clean. Restaurant mediocre and does not cater well to western taste. Appalling experience, I am surprised Expedia continue to partner with them given the open...

They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. "

"My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. They will bring a tray of your order to your room. There is a TV and hundred of free channels in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable....

"It's a very clean property, spacious rooms with huge windows with views. The staffs are very polite and respectful. The food is also very tasty and that too at a reasonable rate. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property."
