Cari Hotel di Medway

"I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. Another bonus was the hotel bar, which offered an array of food choices which was a welcomed convenience after a long day of...

"Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"

"The whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish the pool was closed , the room we were given stank of stale cigarettes , and then to top it all off we had a helicopter flying around all night keeping us awake until the early hours , We couldn’t wait to leave we got up and left straight away it was a horrible experience and one we wouldn’t want to repeat."

"Great staff and clean rooms."

"Excellent service"

"Convenient for the Coastal Path, with Coop and Pub nearby. A good place to stay for a night. Dinning area is useful, but limited cooking options."

"The room was a moderate price so I was not too surprised that it had a leaking shower and the bathroom door did not shut. The shower curtain was mouldy. Nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom as the only space on the sink had the liquid soap. The soap dispenser on the wall was not used. There was a kettle but no way to get clean cups once the two issued ones had been used. No breakfast available which was frustrating as the nearest cafe is a not very close."

"This accommodation is excellent. It is a converted boat which was built in 1839 and used as a floating lighthouse off the east coast of England. The owners are polite and helpful and are on site."

"In a picturesque setting with lovely friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere, food was excellent and prices good for what you get , definitely be visiting again and highly recommend to anyone!"

"Breakfast was great considering it was free. Easy access to get in. Friendly staff. No issues."

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

"Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Bad ebenfalls. Frühstück hervorragend."

"Really lovely place only stayed the 1 night but it was very clean. Definitely would stay again"

"Checking in was confusing. Would have been fine if we knew the process and the area, but we didnt. Had to go to a fish&chip shop to pick up the keys (meant to pick up a parking permit but one wasn't provided) then had to find the parking space. Told to right a note to leave on the car dashboard. * If you stay here make sure you get a code to put on the note as i got a parking ticket* They were really good and understanding and took responsibility for the parking ticket. Kindly said they'd sort...

"Do not book… Host sent us the wrong property address, didn’t answer the phone for over 2 hours leaving my staff stranded 4 hours away from home. When we finally got the right address the property was filthy, had broken beds, marks and stains everywhere… rubbish pilled high outside the main door… My staff refused to stay there and had to book another hotel for them. Host wasn’t helpful at all, didn’t offer any apologises and I’m having to fight for a refund. Look at reviews for the property on...
