"The front desk staff was amazing as were housekeeping staff. The room was clean and nice. The only issue we had during our stay was the breakfast. It was at best adequate. For the life of me I will never understand how in an establishment like this how you can run out of coffee four times in less than an hour. When I spoke with the breakfast staff is was told "what's the big deal it's available 24 hours a day." I would stay here again but mage sure to bring my own coffee."

I didn't realize the property would be split. We were at the lodge across the highway from the lobby/breakfast, but it was still easy to access."

"The room was clean and I liked that we had a little room in between the beds and the bathroom, but you can hear every time a room near you showers, uses their sink, or flushes the toilet. Also, someone brought one or two dogs in a room across the hall and 1 or 2 down from us and we could hear them barking, which was annoying. The breakfast was okay, but not many choices, but it was nice not to have to pay for breakfast everyday since it was included with the room and parking was free, which was...

"We loved how smart this place was. The rooms were useful, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good (as was the coffee). The location was great and easy to get to all the attractions. The pool table in the foyer was my son's favorite, as was the gym. We were on a road trip around the Dakotas and stayed in 4 hotels over a week and a half, and this was our favorite."

"We stayed here for three nights. The hotel was very nice and the breakfast was delicious and so great to start our busy days with good food in our stomach. We used the laundry facilities and that worked great. The water park was SO fun. The kids had such a great time. My only complaint was the water park was really busy since there are other hotels connected to it. It was hard to find a spot to sit and fresh towels. The kids didn't seem to care though."

"The ice maker in the room ran loudly all nite but didn't make ice. For 2 adults we got 2 facecloths and 2 hand towels, and they never brought more. The air-conditioner/heater would not adjust. This place was a hot mess compared to the other My Place hotels I've stayed in."
