"Worst staff ever encountered. I made a booking with this property through Expedia 10 days before my travel. Check in time was 3 pm. There was nowhere mentioned that you cannot do a late check in. We reached the property at 9:30 pm and called them as their main office was locked from inside and no staff was available. It was all dark and lights were pretty much off. A lady picked up. I told her I have a booking with them. She just told me there are no rooms available, the last room they gave it to the person who just came in 5 minutes back and she hung up. Later on, the call was directly going over a voicemail. I sent couple of voicemails but never got any response back. I was traveling with my husband and 2 year and at 10 pm, because of this pathetic situation we were looking for another accommodation to spend the weekend. It was a Memorial Day weekend so mostly hotels/cabins were sold out.
