"Gentlemen ar check was great.Jirdon the lady at night not helpful. Upon check in after being at Beaver Bend Lake we wanted to shower, didn't have any wash clothes. Ftont desk told us they were trying to catch up on laundry. Showered finally and went to dinner.back to hotel at 7pm. No internet wifi, called Jordan she said its an on going issue and usually doesn't last long. Called again and asked if they could restart router since their TV has no live channels only streaming and I needed wifi to...

"The room was clean, the grandkids loved the pool since they are small, it's only 4.5' at the deepest. The breakfast was provided but not if you like eggs, bacon & sausage & gravy. The only hot thing available was make your own pancake. There also wasn't any kids cereal or muffins, bagels or butter & jelly. So they could really work on that. The rooms were clean & spacious."

"This was the nicest hotel that we could find near Broken Bow, OK. However, it was in the worst condition of any hotel that I have stayed at. It was livable, but not pleasant. The bed was good, the breakfast was adequate, but not the best. The outdoor pool area looked nice. But there was a lack of upkeep to the general hotel. Baseboards missing upstairs, walls were dirty, entryway looked unkept. It kind of felt like an abandoned hotel in many ways. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful...

"This location is not well lit. It's dark, the pool was not clean. The front desk person was somewhat friendly. The lobby closes at 11:30 pm, luckily we got there in time to check in. It was quiet but very dark then we got put in a room in the very back, scary area."
