"Beautiful and relaxing stay. The resort is big with multiple pools, restaurants and amenities. The beach of the property is long. The staff is very kind and helpful. Mr. Yassin from reception helped us a lot. Check in was fast. During our stay the hot water suddenly stopped. We call the reception they sent someone to fix it and they upgrade us the next night. The doors of the rooms and balcony need some renovation. Otherwise the stay was amazing and refreshing. I recommend it"

"Pros-the property and rooms were clean Staff members were professional, attentative, helpful, hard working and polite at all times Good quality of food and night shows (ABBA was spectacular!) Cons - the gym is small and lacks toilet facilities. Lack of designated spaces for smokers, therefore we were exposed to second hand smoking! Lack of recycle receptacles in rooms and throughout the property."

"Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl groß, sodass jeder etwas Passendes finden konnte. Allerdings würde ich nicht empfehlen, das Hotel am Wochenende zu buchen. Es ist dann leider viel zu überfüllt. Zudem haben sich einige einheimische Gäste nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll verhalten, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die kommen in großen Gruppen ! Meine Empfehlung: Wenn möglich, lieber unter der Woche buchen."

Check in experience was bad inspite of informing upfront had to wait for over 90 minutes post international travel.. it was a downer .. 3. "Overall, we had a mixed experience during our 2 week stay. Positive: Good and large breakfast buffet. Resort facility looks nice and is well groomed. Very nice beach area. Calm and private, tidy, with a lot of beach chairs. Staff: Usually very nice and tries to be helpful (more below). Negative: Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms (we saw 3 total) not very special and not very clean. Had black mold in the shower and a mouse in the room. Service is very bad. A lot of staff in Le Patio...

"Scrivo questa recensione mentre aspettiamo l'ultimo pranzo. Struttura e personale stupendo. Abbiamo scoperto che è una dell più vecchie dell'isola: 50 anni portati benissimo. Siamo stati quasi 2 settimane, tra sole, cibo e mare. Tutti gli operatori super gentili, struttura consigliata per coppie e famiglie, per una vacanza veloce o per una luna di miele.
