"The hotel overal is beautiful. The food and amenities were amazing as well. The staff who help with luggage and the front desk were very helpful and stopped at nothing to ensure you had the best stay. The waiters in the restaurants however need more training. They take a very longtime to bring drinks or off any help often bringing the wrong order. This would not have been an issue if it were once or twice. But it was all the time at all the restaurants. "The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise.
