"We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff...

"We really enjoyed staying on the property, beautifully designed inside and outside. Our suite was spacious and bright. We enjoyed walking around the lake very much. Amazing service and wonderful staff , they do all they can to make you feel comfortable, i highly recommend staying there and definitely looking forward to my next stay there in the future."

"We went to celebrate one of our 2 annual anniversaries. We arrived and waited as they decorated our room with flowers. We didn't get the ocean view we reserved but the we did get a lovely room with a bathtub. We spent the afternoon poolside then dressed for dinner. We were hoping for some fresh fish but they didn't seem to have any on the menu. The buffet was surprisingly good and the servers were wonderfully attentive. "Neat & nice resort with all good amenities & beach facilities with nice pools and landscape . A reasonable value for money for this hotel type resort & good room services . Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. Twin houses are nicely layed out with nice furniture & fully equipped kitchen . Not hesitant to recommend it to travellers to the Northern coast...

"New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. "
