"Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The biggest issue is that the resort is extremely overcrowded. There are never enough chairs at the pool or beach, so you have to wake up very early just to reserve seats for your family. Even then, you may return to find another family sitting there, leading to unnecessary arguments. The restaurants are just as crowded. Finding a table often means waiting, and we had an unacceptable experience at Dalila Restaurant. My wife was sitting at our table...

The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. "The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. The beach was very good but service and maintenance not that good bad experience"

There were numerous defects, as well as fixtures and finishes that had not been properly installed to ensure guest safety, along with plumbing and electrical issues. Furthermore, the chalet had not been adequately cleaned following the construction and finishing work.
