The team’s generosity of spirit, their sincerity, and the way they look after their guests is unlike anywhere else I’ve stayed in Egypt. There was nothing I could have wanted that they wouldn’t have gladly done to make my stay special. Each and every member of your staff could not do enough for us with that beautiful Egyptian smile and hospitality. They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received.
