"I would give Plaza Marbella a 4/5. Overall, it was a really good stay, mainly because the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the pool area was nice. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Some areas feel a bit outdated and worn, and the kitchen was very basic – it could use a few more essentials (even a kitchen towel would help). "Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was always delicious. However no housekeeping or replacement of towels the entire week I was there. No hot water in the shower and no tv in the room."
