"Around 12 am midnight all of a sudden because of heavy raining the AC started flooding on our bed with our stuff. it was not a normal amount of water. Shortly after the water was everywhere on our bed and on the floor. The stuff asked me to wait in the room inside the water. I don't know what kind of mentality would tell a customer to go back and wait in the room with all that dirty water coming thru AC unit and all that bad smell from inside the AC."

"We got the delux room with the ocean view and private pool. It was to celebrate my 40th birthday and the perfect choice. The accommodations felt like a true paradise. The grounds were well kept. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food and beverages were outstanding. The room service the following day was true luxury with hot tea waiting for us after a day exploring the beaches. I recommend spending in spending extra on the transportation from Big Corn Island Airport. I love...

"The hotel was clean and very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. The breakfast had a very good variety. The only drawback for us as a family with small children was we were unable to use the pool in the evening. The ambience with all the music and drinking was not very family friendly. Would consider again if only for my wife and I but not the whole family."

"The worst place ever you should be shut down. Dirty mold in the pool 6$ for ice 30$ if you bring food in the room disgusting bathroom.when was the last time you cleaned the bathrooms in the rooms."

"Let me start off by saying the good it was a beautiful escape. If you want to seclude and disconnect yourself from the world this is the place to stay. The private beach was one of the most beautiful scenery to hang out at. Everything was a 10! The cabbin was expectacular a few bugs but that's the natural part of it. Our cherry on top were the howler monkeys that were right outside our room just watching us it was like 10 of them and that made our stay even more amazing !!! The bad ... it...
