"The place itself is nice. If you’re a foreigner make sure to ask questions for the check out process. No one informed me of anything while check in. They will assume you know it all. Food was ok. Staff members were not as friendly."

"STAY AWAY!!!! Fraud!!!! The day we arrived- there was no food in the restaurant- it was closed at 5.30 pm while the brochure said dinner time 5-8pm- 2- over the span on 3 days out of the 8 day reservation there were several times when the cook came late- they literally didint make breakfast- even though our booking included breakfast in our reservation. The last day is when I got fed up since I have little kids 10, 14 and we were hungry since 11 and there were no restaurants nearby. 3-...

"The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!"
