"If you have young children, don’t trust the pool lifeguards. They watched several children, including mine struggle in the water and had no interest in helping out. The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. "Even though I've booked this at least 2.5 months back, we were put on the pet floor (we didn't have pets with us). Constant barking in all the rooms. The refrigerator stopped working the 2nd night so all of our perishables in the fridget went bad. I told the management and nothing was done about it."
